Unveiling & Blessing of the Shrine of Bl Carlo Acutis

On Wednesday 12th October 2022 - the feast day of Bl Carlo Acutis - Bishop Nicholas Hudson will be celebrating a Pontifical Sung Mass of Bl Carlo Acutis and unveiling and blessing the newly-carved Shrine of Blessed Carlo.

This shrine will contain a first class relic of Bl Carlo, which was presented to the Corpus Christi by Cardinal Nichols.

The shrine is being carved by Ferdinand Stuflesser in Italy, who have also carved the statues of Our Lady of Walsingham, St Anthony, Padre Pio and the Curé d'Ars which can already be seen around the church in Maiden Lane.
